To solve this problem, there are hundreds of fitness apps in the app stores, each trying to solve fitness challenges once and for all. We have all personally tried them, however, over the decades, the fitness challenges have remained the same:
- Lack of motivation/incentive The motive of being physically only is not strong enough. There is a huge gap between the motivation to work and the amount of effort required to actually work.
- It's a lonely and boring activity Humans are a social species. It's boring to do something alone, especially training.
- Lack of instant gratification Our generation is used to instant gratification, which is lacking in practice.
